Ok, yesterday I admitted that I think my friend's girlfriend is mind-numbingly boring. I also realize something else.

Still suffering with spotty internet connections in my apartment. My upstairs neighbor has graciously allowed everyone in the building to access his wifi with a password, but it's been down for like two weeks now. It's not like I can or should complain. My upstairs neighbor is kind enough to split the DSL line down to us for free. It's been down for about two weeks now because he needs to get a new part for the server. So I'm stuck going to coffee shops, like the one I'm in now. I just realized my back door was unlocked, open, with my keys dangling out of the lock. Yeah, that's just perfect for my neighborhood. I couldn't be safer. Maybe tomorrow I'll go run through the park naked with money taped to my face. Brilliant. -
