The Gigastick Lance wasn't even slowed down by any of the strikes delivered against it, but parts of it were blown off, disintegrating into data as the weapon fell. It collided with the ground, sending out a shockwave that tore through the surface of the ground and flew out around the point of landing. The fact that it had been damaged lead to it crumbling on impact however, its data damaged to the point that it really did disintegrate this time...

The Dark Matter sphere fared differently with all the attacks leveled against it. It exploded violently, sending out a burning wave of energy upon detonation - for anyone in the air, it would be too fast and too destructive to dodge completely, as it filled the sky with destructive fire in multiple directions.

Several of the meteoric chunks were diverted. Many hit the ground, causing more damage and sending up debris. Others were consumed in the blast.

Chaosmon, meanwhile, felt a comparatively small amount of stone crumble against its body, causing it to move the Darkdramon head to turn towards the source of it. He saw what the wraith saw through it's eyes, and all three of its heads tilted, quizzically.

"NO... YOU ARE NOT HIM..." he said, upon seeing Sleipmon. "WE REMEMBER KILLING HIM... HE IS IN US... HE WAS CONSUUUUMED!"

As if responding to a summons, another feature burst out of Chaosmon - the center of his torso this time - with a demonic neigh. It was the head of a Sleipmon, the Royal Knight, one of the beings that had imprisoned him... the one to fall, and be devoured.

"YOU WILL ALL DIE OR BE CONSUMED!" Chaosmon roared, shooting the Darkdramon head at Satsuma's partner, which fired off a blast of Dark Prominence even as it charged.

[GO! Chaosmon has revealed ANOTHER head... and the Darkdramon is breathing energy across the landscape! Chaosmon is distracted, though, so there's an opening... as soon as you deal with the fallout of everything falling and exploding.]

As the item was about to land, Pid quickly moved to get some cover using torn-up ground. Even with that, the force was enough to knock her to her feet, shaking through her legs with bone-damaging force.

Fortunately, the muted blow meant her regeneration was getting right to work. Just a few seconds had her back on her feet, albeit bracing herself using the Star Sword for a bit more.

"... Just gotta find my chance to get in there...

Ancient Mermaimon, being low to the ground as of when she'd been firing, similarly moved for ground cover against the shockwaves, coming out significantly less harmed. She looked towards Pidonus, commenting, "You going to be okay?"

"By the time we're ready to charge in, yes!"

This was far from what Sleipmon had in mind.

Very, very far.

The idea was to get him to pursue *him*...but this required serious on-the-fly re-planning.

Granted, this is what he would decide after running from the attack aimed at him. The fact he was forced to do without Niflheim--for reasons that he'd eventually disclose--made him completely at the mercy of anything that would hit him. He charged through trees, using Muspelheim to shatter them in half as he ran.

This was also dodging--and being hit by--shattered trees as he ran.

The moment of hesitation that Philip had essentially caused for Xtreme had ended in trouble. They were thrown back by the Gigastick Lance's shockwave upon it hitting the ground. They were able to recover, albeit slower than had hoped.

Looking up, they saw the Darkdramon causing trouble. At the same time though, the rider had noticed opening. Many attacks could be used, but it didn't seem as though they would leave much damage in the end.

We have to go all the way on this, Shoutarou told Philip mentally. While his voice sounded cocky, the seriousness of the situation was there too. Am I right, aibou?

A physical slow nod was seen. We'll be fatigued by each we use. Only use them when the time is right and not at the same time, Philip agreed

"READY!" announced Double Justimon, equipping his Cyclone Accel Arm and his Joker Trinity Arm - a large, dark colored arm that unfolded three cannons.

Xtreme pressed a button on the hilt of the sword.

"Prism! Maximum Drive!" the memory called out as the sword began to shimmer.

"Prism Break!" the two voices called out together.

The rider slashed the air hard and fast. Waves of prismic energy went straight for Chaosmon. They took a step or two back. They weren't tired yet, but they felt the drain from their body as the Memory Break was used.

The next attack came from DoubleJustimon, who first released torrents of razor wind, then responded with blasts of gunfire from his Joker Trinity Arm.

"Fuckin' hell!" Randar spat as he grabbed his tamer and rushed to the ground as fast as he could to try to evade the blast, but it still caught up with him. Randar lost his grip on Miria as he went tumbling out of control. Both Tamer and Digimon went crashing hard to the ground.

"Miria?" Randar grumbled as he started to get up.

The HSAT climbed to all fours and shook her head to clear the cobwebs, "Yeah... ?"

"That... Uggghhh... was a very bad idea."

"It would have hit the tamers on the ground instead if it hadn't been stopped. I just wasn't expecting a blast that big..." Miria rubbed her backside as he stood up, "oww..." As she looked up, she noticed a stream of data floating away. The HSAT quickly did of sweep of the area with her sensors, and was fulling expecting to discover that someone's partner had bit the dust. Instead, Miria quickly learned that it was the remnants of the gigastick lance that had properly broken apart. The first sign that this thing could be properly destroyed.

Sadamitsu groaned and pushed himself off of the ground, dirt and rocks sliding off of his armor

"I...I'm here." Yayoi slowly pushed herself up, more golden armor chipping off of her. This wasn't good. If they all continued to take hits like this they wouldn't last long. Her defenses were holding the best they could, but it would only last so long.

Darkdramon laid there, letting the sky spin around and around, unhappy that the dust particles were asymmetrical. "I'm okay...I think..." She called out with a groan.

Yuka ducked, dodging a bit more of the explosive stuff as her digisoul flared to life around her body and she moved to run towards the Darkdramon Wraith. Which was pretty hard because it's head was flying, but whatever.

Thankfully, Victory Greymon had a bit of better luck with going after it, jumping into the air and moving to swipe at the creature's head with his oversized blade.

Zero grunted as he rolled behind a large series of rocks near the line of Eggman's Shadowbots. Ouryuumon had to preform a much more elaborate dodge of the forthcoming explosions and energy blasts, settling down roughly into a heap besides the Hunter. Ouryuumon, in general, had not had a good bit of luck in this whole ordeal, and wasn't looking too good.

Zero jerked his head around, seeing Nanoha floating nearby. "Hey, Commander! If you've got any great battle strategies, now'd be the time!"
