Working 10 days without a single day off at the park is definitely NOT copacetic to my well-being. HOWever, trip to Hollywood Casino on Friday is gonna be amusing, and my weight-loss total is now 31 lbs since May!

15 more lbs and I'll be in the best shape since my elementary school tennis days!
