Things Skippy is No Longer Allowed to Do in Division 15

1. Not allowed to replace my Captain's shampoo with black hair dye.
   
2. "Seated officer" does not mean an officer to be used as a chair, no matter how tired my legs are.  
3. Not allowed to arrange battles to the death between my Captain and the Captain of the 11th Division. 
   
4. Not allowed to sell tickets to said battle.

(Seriously, when I die if Death shows up in any manifest form I'll be like, "Sooo... could you possibly manifest as 15 a year old with orange hair and a giant kitchen knife -- how does he perform soul burials with that thing, one wonders -- or short girl with weird black hair and a katana, or any shinigami, really, I'm not picky, just, you are sending me to Soul Society, right? I don't mind Rukongai, I'll deal with it, you know, I just figure if we get to choose our own afterlife, which seems like the most sensible policy, or maybe not, but I hope it's the policy because I'd really like to join the gotei 13 eventually..." and hopefully at some point Death will be sick enough of me to send me to Soul Society to shut me up.)

I think it's just that Ichigo hasn't been his captain for very long. There are probably other lists, from his Academy days and from the other divisions he's been in. This one is still growing.

Skippy would be happy to have you, I'm sure. But he would take advantage.

Poor Ichigo. So CLUELESS. =D (Although now I have the CRAZY MENTAL IMAGE that Skippy was kicked out of the 8th division by Nanao because of his 'ingenious' ideas to 'help' Kyouraku-taichou to court her. Hee!)

I personally would have a hard time following rule 53. :) And 52 just makes me crack up thinking how he'd get caught...

Also, more people need to call Ichigo a lummox. Even if he's scrawny. :)
