This is horrifying! How could this happen in our so called first world country? The sadist part was the bit about how people who had dogs with them when they tried to evacuate them were told the dogs couldn't go on the buses. They had to leave there best friends behind.  It makes me wonder, what would I do if something like that ever happened here

Admirable enough question, I've donated money to three organizations, I'm helping do donation collecting at my school and my mother is training as a red cross voleneter with hopes of going down there to help.
