 Cosplay for houses part 2

I finally finished another part of my Cumber Cave. I'm slowly filling up the place. I got my mom's old recliner, it makes a great replica of Dr. Watson's chair. The wonderful Baker Street sign was given to me by  chaechae. Thank you babe! I added a few posters, Sherlock's periotic table, the standard "Keep Calm", and a poster of ( Read more... )

Wish you could visit! Anytime you get the urge, please swing by ;)

Miss you too babe! I registered a couple of days ago *squees*. So I will be there, and hopefully we will be doing some Sherlocking! At the least we'll have to get together and squee over our London pics. You'll be heading across the pond before Misti, right? So we can compare our pictures that we both take with Benedict, because we're both going to run into him. Think positive thoughts!

This is AWESOME! It has improved since the last time I saw it.

Am still sick, but getting a little better, don't want to die today.

Loves you, Sonia :)

I don't have as much time to work on it, as I'd like.

Oh babe, don't die on me, I'd be so damn bored. A bored dixie, is a dangerous Dixie!

When I'm bored and I have someone like you egging me on you mean.

Have you been to the doc? Maybe it's bird flu, or herpes, or something new that's going to wipe out the human race by Christmas. Thank God there is water between us, I don't want your germs.

Thanksgiving babe! Then we're going to decorate for a Sherlock Christmas!!!!

Just think about how much my luggage will weigh, bringing back all the stuff from England, to decorate it with.

It is so amazing. Just... the detail! The craft!
OMG! THE HARPOON! WITH EXTRA BLOOD!
I love the lamppost. It is perfect.
Chair! I am sure John is grateful. And I am sure Sherlock is grateful too for the simple familiarity of John's chair.
How did you do the apple? It can't be real, or styrofoam. Is it a wonder constructed of paperclay? What are the papers beneath it?
I am all curiosity.
And somewhere, there is the special violin. 8^D

(I'm so jealous about the harpoon. hahaha. (as always in a good, admiring way))

Thank you *squees with you* I love that you notice all the details *G*

I love my harpoon! You can get one at http://www.nauticalsupplyshop.com/steel-tipped-harpoon.html

The apple was bought at Hobby Lobby, in the florist department. It was easy to carve with a razor blade, because it's supposed to be a messy cut, not perfect, so it took like 10 mins. It was so easy! The color underneath, I didn't even bother to change. I'll have to make and send you one for Christmas *G*

Those are British magazines under there. My mom has a subscription, so I keep them when she's finished with them. I have a stack about knee high of them :)

Yes there is a violin, but I have to save the best wall for last, and it's not quite perfect yet.
