I love coming up with costume ideas for stuff like this using cheap things or things around the house. You could always wear a black dress and a witches hat! with matching tights. They have them at walmart! You could wear ears and a tail with a solid colored dress. White for a bunny, black for a kitty.

Pirates are always awesome.

You could get white cheese cloth and wrap it all around you and paint your face and go as a zombie.

Wear a fancy dress and mardi gras beads and other tacky jewerly valia! a flapper.
