So, I finally joined facebook and have 100 friends in 48 hours.  My mom was on facebook.  Holy Jeebus!

Damn! I made good tofu last night.  I modified a general tzo's recipe online and basically made a hot/sweet/sour sauce.
I thought I'd share my recipe with you:
Freeze extra firm tofu, then defrost and squeeze out the extra water.  I swear, this makes the tofu act like flavor absorbing super sponges.  Fucking Nice!
