hey, i know what it's like to want that "more than a classroom aquaintance." you will find someone awesome to hang out with, trust me. it just takes a little more time than you would like it to. the thing is about college, is that there is a large population of people who seem to know everyone and be really social, but they don't remember half of it because of a little phenomenon called drinking at parties.

so be happy you haven't reduced yourself to that, and please don't ever reduce yourself to that. for one, you will have awesome, genuine relationships like that, and two, you'll remember ALL the fun you had.
