Its come to my attention that I have begun to substitute 'balls' with 'shit' in all its applications. So generally the absence of balls during my weekend will mean that I have a good one.

You will notice this is in direct contrast with the gayness I exhibit. In the gay example the presence of balls in my weekend would be a good thing.

This is demonstrative of my current internal conflict regardling balls, gayness, and shit.

Hey buddy, the row houses in my area were recently sold for $280,000-$320,000. We were sent some propagandas from an agent this week. Almost all of those places come with a basement apt. you can rent out for $650 or so a month. You may want to look at it. I'm not sure what your budget is but in my experience that's not bad for downtownish.
