Totally stealing this from arianstarr, here is a list of everything I've written so far. I don't have enough written to have a "best of my fics list" so I'm going to do what she did.
However my list is far shorter than hers, but I now list by pairing...
Clark/Lex
Touched, a sequel to Strange and Beautiful - Clex, World's Finest, R for themes (no graphic depictions of sexual content). Posted on 8/5/09, in two parts.
Thought giving Clark a happier ending to the previous story was needed, even though I don't usually work in the same world twice when I write. Also, this story was started before the Smallville episode Abyss (season 8, episode 9), which aired in November of 2008, so any similarities between what the magic had done to Clark and what Brainiac had done to Chloe are purely coincidental.

Summary: This takes place about a month after previous events, Lex discovers he hadn't really anticipated all of the consequences of the spell that had made Clark his. He also discovers that Bruce keeps his promises.

I got this idea sorta based on Hypnotic (and what an awful episode that was) so I thought I could do sorta the same thing only better and sexier. It's not really a cross-over but I borrow some ideas about magic, including magic circles and use of true names, from Jim Butcher's Harry Dresden books.

Summary: Clark goes missing and Lex tries to figure out why. He ends up "buying" Superman from a kidnapper, who had put him under a spell... Clark agrees to live with Lex to "pay him back" for the ransom he'd paid, but things don't go as well as Lex would have hoped once Superman moves in.

The summer Superman Returns came out, The Advocate had published a story about how gay teens identify with superheroes because they also have profound secrets they keep, in an article titled "How Gay is Superman." Well, my story has nothing to do with that, but it does share Superman on the cover of The Advocate.

When I first heard the song all I could think of was Lex obsessed over Clark, even some plot-points were suggested in the lyrics, so when I was in a dark mood, I wrote this. Be warned that this isn't a happy tale.

My first fic, which I actually started writing May 2005. It's rougher at places than I would have wanted, but I've since gotten better. This is also my longest so it's a novel. It's an extremely dark, plotty story with (largely brutal) non-con. Clark goes through hell in this story, but it has a happy ending, of a sort. It's almost finally finished. It's currently still a WIP weighing in at over 155,000 words and nearly 290 pages. Now complete, it came in at 163,350 words and 304 pages. I had originally posted it on the KryptonSite adult forum only. The most brutal chapters are noted as such at the top, so take the warnings seriously.
Believe me when I say that some of this story isn't for the faint-hearted. I wouldn't have written this story currently (in January 2009, when I last edited this entry), now I think it actually goes too far, but I won't go back and edit it. I think it should stand as-is, but the warnings are at the top of the each chapter so heed them as needed.

In bop_radar's welcome post about the new sixth season, I said that if I was to have control over one episode of Smallville that Clark would have a serious laundry emergency and go through an entire episode in only his boxers. This is what might bring that about:

So, it isn't directly about Clark and Bruce, but I use my sole posted Superman/Batman story as examples, so I'll put it in this group for lack of a better place to put it.
And I'm not sure why I wrote this, exactly, a bit of frustration of seeing some fics I've read suffer from not having enough conflict and then I struggle with adding enough myself. I also wanted to work out why I thought conflict was important to begin with, so I ended up with this...

Mistletoe - Superman/Batman NC-17: one shot originally posted on 12-23-07.
This was for the World's Finest Gift Exchange and was fic prompt 43: NC-17 Superman and Batman under a mistletoe.
I never do challenges but that prompt, somehow, spoke to me so I wrote it up. I almost didn't get it finished before Christmas, but I managed.

Summary: Bruce throws his annual Christmas party for Gotham's elite. Clark tries to catch him under mistletoe, but Bruce isn't cooperative and Clark finds reason to worry.

I wrote this for a friend of mine who does very nice things for me and is a big Clana fan.
Sorta based on events following Hidden, it's the least AU of anything I've written and is almost a PWP, but it's too long and kinda has too much plot to be just that.
