I just made this recipe for virgin sangria this morning. It has to marinate so I don't know how it is yet, but I'm wondering if anyone has a recipe for virgin sangria they are particularly fond of.

1 orange, sliced
1 small apple, thinly sliced
1 cup orange juice
4 cups (one quart) concord grape juice
1/4 cup lemonade
10 oz. frozen strawberries

I don't know, but I do know that walking with her in the Moby wrap shifts her from inconsolable to fast asleep in a number of seconds...

This week I have consistently weighed 170. I also walked around the block for the first time wend. and yest. was able to walk around the nbhd! My back isn't *as* sore when nursing my little munchkie (rocking chair is my friend) and I managed to get in at least one ab workout this week!
