[I don't really write fanfiction, but this prompt just called out to me. Wrote this for it in about half an hour - when I have some time I'd like to clean it up a little and put it on Ff.n. Hope it's the sort of thing op was after - any tips for the cleanup would be much appreciated

This is excellent. I have to agree with the reviewer above, the last line is epic. The whole built up is epic. And poor Matsuda - he'll blame himself for this one for a very long time XD
