After a visit to the doctor, Watari decides that from now on L must eat only healthy food. There is no transition period, and L is not informed until the day that Watari presents him with a bowl of oats (no sugar) and practically force feeds it to him.

Over the next few days L might suffer horrible withdrawal symptoms, and perhaps Light takes a liking to casually eating delicious looking cakes around L - L, of course, is not allowed any, no matter what sort of tantrums he might throw.

There doesn't need to be any actual sex for this; I just love the idea of poor L being denied something so simple as his sugar.

My God...he would never be able to stay awake. His reasoning abilities would suffer and he would probably be so irritable....
On a side note, what about sugar free "sweets." Though, eating as much of those as L would eat normal sweets, he'd probably have the runs all day, maybe even two days. D:

Op here - quick note to whoever does write this (if someone does), please don't make it TOO lulzy. I do really want L to suffer. >_>

To the poster above, sugar substitutes might be a good solution. I never even considered that he would have trouble staying awake lol, this could totally be used to somebody's advantage.
