Consumer Alert - Do NOT use Greenbrier Volkswagen
Well - the brake issue with my car has been solved. Greenbrier Volkswagen left a wrench in a bolt in the front of my car when they serviced it in November. The wrench would (as it was explained to me) hit the chassis, push in a piston as I would turn, and when I would go to hit my brakes, there would be nothing there. Acting like a Grown-Up

It's been over a year

A Shot in the Arm
I read a story about a woman from W VA who lost 120lbs. She's 5'10" and weighs between 170 and 180 now. I could be her double looking at the photos. It really made me realize how badly I do want to get in shape. 180, while a bit high, would be awesome! I'd dithered away the last month and I'm no closer to health than I was in late January. My grandma's in the hospital again. This is the third or fourth visit in roughly as many months. She was taken in feeling lethargic for the first, for stitches after losing her balance and falling the second time and she either stayed in or came home and quickly went back after the fall (it's blurring at this point).
