Today...
...I did a triathalon. Not by choice, but because my coach forced me into it. Two miles running. Five miles biking. One mile swimming. And I didn't stop. I ended with a time of one hour, nineteen minutes, twenty-five seconds. And, for my first triathalon, one week after being out injured for a week, that is something to be proud of.
