This was just amazing. Very haunting. I especially liked Rose's line "It's what you would have done, Doctor.". It's so true. He didn't give Donna a choice either, because he couldn't stand to see her in pain and dying.

I'm glad you liked it! This fic's been sitting in my fics folder for -- apparently over a month, wow. Didn't realize it'd been so long, ah ha ha. But yes, here it is now.

And I always like drawing comparisons between the Doctor and Rose -- because Rose does start becoming like the Doctor as time progresses, and in this case, I thought it was interesting for her to actually be the Doctor in this situation, and the Doctor obvious being more like Donna in this case. *babbles*

It's okay, AIM will probably give him a Super Puppy anyway, and water wings later anyway. ):

But I'm glad you liked it! \o/

Aww, thank you--! Funnily enough, I was actually thinking last night about locking this/making it private, because I still sort of dislike it. XD But I'm relieved that others seem to like it. \o/

Awww, this story made me terribly sad. THIS FIC IS NOT CANON FOR ME!! I wish that the human Doctor can LIVE with all of his memories intact and be happy with Rose.
The human Doctor living a normal human lifespan (80 years at least) with all his memories and identity intact is what RTD intended. RTD definitely did NOT intend for your tragic fanfic to be canon.

I know it's not canon! XD I just felt like writing the fic, since I thought it would be a fun idea to explore. I didn't intend for this to be taken as canon by anyone. After all, it's just a fanfic.

Sorry for ranting then, Noodle. I know fanfics are never canon. This is very good writing nevertheless. Maybe you could be interested in professional writing?

Anyway, I hope you update your RP journals soon. I might want to get myself a roleplaying journal, too. The last time I RPed as myself in a RP community it didn't turn out too good.

Sorry for ranting, Noodle. It's just that I don't like tragic stories, and I am very sure that this story wouldn't actually happen to Human!Ten, since he has a mostly Time Lord brain and neurophysiology. It only almost happened to Donna because the Doctor's mind was GRAFTED on to her human brain. Clone Ten is the duplicate of the Doctor with Donna's humanity grafted on to a Time Lord brain.
And I'm sure that RTD doesn't intend for this "burning up" to happen to Ten's clone.

Other than that, this is very good writing.
