Sitting in a restaurant one night eating dinner, suddenly the background music caught my ear.

I heard several tracks in a row I liked.

I had to jump up and go ask the bartender, "What is this?"

It's a compilation called "Long Journey Home", and here is my favorite track from that CD, featuring Van Morrison.
