YES! All my tests and quizzes are AP format. The more practice they have with the format, the more comfortable they are with it and so it's one less hurdle for them to clear. Sadly, the three hours is tough and there's really no way to REALLY prep them for that. I do have them take a practice AP a couple of weeks before on a weekend day, but that's it.

Not surprisingly, in Physics they have 90 minutes to complete 70 MC questions. Then 90 minutes to complete 7 Free Response problems. It's GRUELING and they come out of it feeling like they've been physically beat up.

Reminds me of my English teacher in my junior year of high school, who said at the beginnning of the year that even if we learn nothing else in her class, we WILL learn how to write a cogent 5-paragraph essay on ANY topic in 30 minutes. I think that class did more to help me pass AP tests than the actual AP classes the next year. And that skill continued paying dividends throughout college!
