Well, due to our faulty old ass plumbing... Friday I went to sleep late, around 10:30am or so because I didn't have to work fri night. They made you pay for it? Hell nah, they tried pinning it on me the first time it happened to my sister while I was away. I got up on their asses yelling at them and swearing them out, they backed down, reimbursed me for my trouble and my fucking electric bill (from when the carpet guy pulled the carpet up and had to blow dry everything with this huge ass blower.

These managers are hella cooler though. They're even fixing the entire place up... Re-paving the parking lot (MUCH needed), putting new insulation and paint, carpet, linoleum (spelling?), appliances, etc in all the vacant units... I'm still getting out of here asap, dont get me wrong.
Anyway, they took care of everything without trying to pin the blame on us, I did have to get up on them to pay me some inconvienence fees though... They gave us a pretty good rent break for next month.

Sounds like my apartment!!!! Our toilet over flows EVERY party we have and for some reason people still continue to use it and still flush it lol dumb ppl! Yeah but NONE of our doors close all the way, our carpet is gross, our heater is broken and makes this loud ass noise 24-7 oh and our neighbor has 10 cats that all have nasty fleas! my room mate mark and i have bites allll over our body, I think they have something against white ppl haha. Anyway good luck on that problemo!
