Last night Christine and I made the most delicious mint chocolate cookies. We got the recipe from a vegan cookbook, but we sort of, um, made them with all non-vegan ingredients. Cherry Limeade Cupcakes
Chris' birthday is tomorrow, and being the big fan of cherry limeade that he is, I thought this would be the perfect birthday treat for him. I cheated a little bit and used ready-made cherry chip cake batter, but I made the frosting from scratch using this recipe, and in my opinion, the frosting is the best part of these babies.
