I just posted to my HS alum. site.
I went to a small catholic school.
I wrote about my ironman, mentioned my gay running club, and posted a picture of myself in my run against bush shirt.

just a quick update, I promise a full report when I get home.
I finished Ironman Frankfurt yesterday in a time of 13:31, almost 2 hours faster than my last one!
