After finishing the story about the buffalo in my LJ (when was that Thursday night?) I got up the next morning to go to work, and what is the first thing I see? Well, after Walking Coyote sold his animals to Charles Allard and Flathead chief Michel Pablo in Montana, the herd grew. But eventually, the American government threw open the Flathead reservation to settlement, and refused to grant the surviving partner (Pablo) range for the animals.
