i just finished day four of the master cleanse. i honestly am SO PROUD of myself. four days of nothing but water with lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and organic maple syrup. i feel so strong ( Read more... )

Congratulations, doing150ina75!!!!! That is wonderful to hear.

When I do it, I ease into food slowly. For instance, I make:

-- Chicken sauteed with Red Wine and Peaches (800 calories over 4 servings)
-- Chicken w/Roasted Asparagus
-- Poached Sole with Roasted Asparagus (600+ calories over 4 servings)

The pattern is: Protein with a Fibrous Carb (green vegetable).

And lots and lots of water.

thanks so much for your support! i know i almost never reply to comments but i just want you to know i really appreciate your input.
i love asparagus and chicken, i'll probably try those recipes!
