Kashi please

I have not been exercising at all... sadly. But i have been eating pretty good. :) So that's good. I just can't make myself get up and do anything. I have been sick all week too. That's not much of an excuse. Ugh. Silly girl.

Have you tried the Kashi Puffed grain cereal? I LOVE IT! The unsweeted kind is really good if you add a packet of Splenda. For 1 cup serving (minus milk) it's 70 calories, .05g fat, 15g carbs, 2g protein and 1g fiber. My roomie had the honey-sweetened one the other week and it's wicked good too. I think it's like 120 calories or something and that's still really good for a huge bowl of cereal.

i started to buy the honey one... then instead i just got the honey nut cherrios (sp?)
