I really had to push myself this morning i didn't feel like doing ANYTHING! I made myself and i finished my workout routine you would think that with the 15 miles aday and the crunches i would be losing weight. i dont feel like i am. I think i'm going to ask my other half to HIDE the scale i keep finding myself on it. Ugh. OH well... i'll do that
