She'd only been here a day or so, but that was enough time for Jennifer to get the idea that somehow, she really was stuck on a tropical island in the middle of nowhere. It wasn't a dream, hallucination, vision, or a side effect of any infection, virus, fever, concussion, coma, or anything else attributable to any organic cause.

Laptop under his arm, he passed the woman looking around the settlement and sent a friendly glance her way. He thought he might have seen her around the island before...or at least, someone who looked a great deal like her.

That morning she was sitting out in front of Rodney's hut, her laptop open on her knees. She'd dragged a chair over from her place and had a blanket tucked over her legs as she tapped through her diabetes work, chewing absently on the end of a pencil. As someone passed nearby, she glanced up and offered the woman a smile. "Morning," she said, tucking her hair behind her ear. The woman wasn't familiar, but sometimes that meant very little on the island.

Hera, the two year old - the naked two year old - streaked past the unfamiliar woman, throwing herself at the Viper sim to try and climb inside.
"Are you serious? Get back here," Sharon demanded in a huff, throwing the woman an apologetic look before she jogged past to grab her kid.
"Wanna fly! Wanna flyyy!" Hera shrieked, squirming in Sharon's arms as Sharon came marching back.
"No, you need to put your clothes on. Sorry, hey, you looking to adopt?" she asked the woman as she began to pass her, blowing the hair from her face. She was kidding...mostly.
