I have neglected you for far to long!

So I am about to venture off into college. Fun Fun!

I am not concerned about this year, but as for years to come, yikes! Books are expensive, and I am worried.

Also, we venture off to King's Dominion Sunday! W00t W00t!

Hey Mark,

Not sure if you remember me… It’s Brooklyn. We had Chemistry together with Mr. Stern, in what I think was your Jr. Year. In a complete random act of events, I stumbled on the page high community this morning and I saw you were listed as a member so I thought I’d say hi. I know it’s completely random but whatever I couldn’t resist! Heck, I don’t even know if you’ll get this, seeing as the last time you posted was in August!

Anyways, I just wanted to see what your up to and say hi. :-) Get back at me if you get a chance.

Yes, I did get it. I haven't logged into livejournal since then and don't particularly use it anymore, more of a facebook...I was the first person from Virginia to get a facebook, and now everyone seems to have one...used to be a Missouri device, lol. Anyway, I am random so it's fine.

I am doing great, made the Dean's list, continuing to learn everything but chemistry, and having fun. How about you?

Mark, I always knew you were a trend setter! But OMG I loath facebook! It’s like myspace, all trendy! LJ is my home… I’m so addicted it’s not even funny! I don’t know what I’d do without my friends list.

Everything but chemistry, yeah that pretty much sums up my academic career too! I’ve been going to BRCC since graduation and taking on-line courses but next fall I’m transferring to either University Phoenix or Liberty.

What school are you going to now? And the Deans list? I’m really not surprised ;-)

God I’m so out of the loop, it seems like after graduation everyone just dropped off the face of the planet!

Haha! That sounds awesome. I am going to Bridgewater College on a scholarship--or else I would not, haha.I am getting a secondary education certification and also majoring in History and Political Science with a recognition in Spanish. I also want to get certified to teach Spanish, English, and Algebra 1.

Anyway, hope all is well.

PS: Don't go to Liberty, I know it is a Christian school, as is Bridgewater, but they REFUSE to let you think about ideas. It is their way or no way. Very strict on intellectual growth, more like memorization, haha. Anyways, hope you found that helpful.
