I always have so much on my mind and alcohol seems to be the only thing that slows it enough to sleep. I’m doing my best to abstain, so I turn to chamomile tea instead...it’s not really doin the trick. I need to go invest in some melatonin. That always seems to work. I’m fighting athletes foot with tea tree oil shampoo and apple cider vinegar. Boy does it sting and itch! I think I’m in a perpetual state of athletes foot, but it’s never gotten too bad, and it stays at bay with rigorous washings in the shower. Alas, I am, once again, engrossed in the mammoth fantasy saga by the great George RR Martin. I’m nearing the end of book one and, though I have a lot of it memorized, I continue to enjoy it. Life seems to move more quickly than usual. I'm coasting a bit as I reap what I've sown. People are liking and mostly loving the two song demo I've been passing around Portland.
