My dad had his gall bladder taken out years ago.. then years later he got bladder cancer.. so I always tell him its a really good thing he isn't a fish with a swim bladder.

What are the jobs that you are "more than qualified for and would enjoy immensely"?

And, yes.. that was quite a fun attic. But a killer tree.

On my to do list for 2007 is to see you. Just so you know ;)

One job is an education assistant at Glen Oak Zoo. I'd basically be showing snakes, armadillos and other cool little animals to kids in addition to planning activities for the zoo and sending out newsletters and whatnot. It's only part time, but that would leave plenty of time for the second job: Coordinator of International Programs at Heartland Community College here in Normal. The title's a mouthful, but I think it'd be fun. The ads for both jobs were basically describing my educational background and experiences, so I'm thinking I'd do all right. But we'll see what happens.

I'd forgotten about your attempt to climb that tree. It really wasn't very nice to you, was it? I still miss that old house. It was really the only constant building throughout my childhood. We moved too much for me to get too attached to any of our houses.

Yes. I must see the Jen in '07. Let me know what you're plotting.

Glad your mum is okay! It seems like more and more people have been having some medical issue or the other...

Please tell me that at least one of the jobs you applied for are somewhere in the realm of entertainment. I am still amazed by your dual role in the amazing movie that has yet to be finished.

Old toys! Huzzah! I've been looking at some on eBay recently, actually, but I've been very, very good about eBay this year. Since I've been back to Rollins, I only bought one thing, and that was because it was a $5 Eddie Izzard DVD. ^_^

No jobs in entertainment, sorry. I would definitely need to move if I were to pursue that line of work. (Normal = insurance + college...nothing else!)

You have no idea how much I want to finish that movie. We need to concoct a brilliant scheme to get all relevant parties together with the free time to work on it. So, start thinking.

Good for you, stay away from eBay. It is evil! (Unless I manage to sell everything for a decent price. Then it's not so bad.)

I suspected you were alive, but it's nice to hear it (unless you are lying and actually a zombie or vampire, in which case an informing post would also be polite.)

Who says zombies and vampires are polite?

The fact that they may not be does not necessary conclude that they SHOULD not be. :-D
