So today I had a delivery to Small Town in the Middle of Nowhere. It's a house, so I make sure someone will be there to sign for the stuff when I get there. Not a problem, I'm told. Someone will be there between 12:30PM and 2PM. So I get there about 12:40 and ring the doorbell. No answer. I call the guy's cell phone and leave a message. My office
