When zen appears to be gazing deep and lovingly into my eyes, in reality he's just watching my eyes blink and deciding when the perfect moment would be to pounce.

These are the times I'm glad to be wearing glasses and not contacts.

Of course. I'm glad I don't need to go beyond glasses - putting on a welding hood every time I wanted close interaction with Zen would get old pretty fast.

No kidding! Then again, if it was getting anywhere near that point, I think I'd be having a Supr-Soak'r handy any time I'd be interacting with him in order to administer "behavior modification."
