I did it again! I ran, for a lot longer than I did before! I love it when a plan goes well! My work out buddy and I ran almost the entire 2.5 to 3 mls! It was exhilarating, tiring, but exhilarating! I am proud of myself! I ran yesterday, not just jogged, I RAN! It does, in so many ways. You're busy doing your thing, sometimes you're "on a roll" where everything is falling into place, your every whim is being fulfilled.
