I'm at home!! It is a trip I really needed and I can't explain why, but it's nice to be here!! I woke up really early to drive four hours to a job fair at the Toledo zoo...I'd really like to work there over the summer. I'll probably have to get another job. Although that last post may attest otherwise, I'm actually in a pretty good mood. I finally got paid last weekend and this weekend I'm going on a skiing/snowboarding trip in Pennsylvania!! There's this anonymous musician working out of London's underbelly who calls him/her-self "Burial." Burial is dubstep ... experimental electronica wouldn't be a bad label either. I love it!! It's the auditory equivalent of a smooth trip. It's multi-layered, sweeping, gentle yet full of tension. I've been listening to that a lot ( Read more... ) -

Carly came over tonight and we watched Guy Ritchie's Snatch. It was really good and I'm glad I watched it again, it made more sense than the first time.

My good friend J is getting married in June so I bought my dress today!! I think it's beautiful, very dramatic and elegant. (Go here)
Anyway, the weather has been really great, temperature wise. I can't wait until the summer. I can't wait for long, hot days, swimming pools, trips to the beach, and walking up to get ice cream. On another note, I ( Read more... ) -
