Hardly interesting, but quite rare I'm afraid. At the moment I'm the only medical doctor here. I maintain a small clinic on the fourth floor as well as a part of the psychiatric practice in the adjacent room.

I do of course hope that you will require neither service, but I would like you to know that they are available at all times.

...As for your question, Wonderland, for all we can tell, appears to be an alternative dimension. It is capable of abducting people from other worlds, seemingly at random.
