The font looks very clear--mind sharing what program and res you used to make them? I'm trying my hand at icon-making too, hopefully. XD

#16 owns my heart, even thought I don't think I will use it. Basic account only allows a meager 6 icons. T_T

I used Adobe Imageready (7?), the version I got with Photoshop 7 when I bootlegged it a while back. Its smaller than Photoshop, so my computer doesn't keel over, but it's got almost all of the things I need to make icons. =) Hope that helps.

No, no--thank YOU. I've only ever used Photoshop and while I have imageready, I had no idea it's a similar graphics program. ^^;;

Imageready is specifically for graphics for web use, I think. It has a bunch of different settings you can jiggle to make your graphics small and neat so they load quickly. It's what I use to make gifs too. It keeps them very small and perfect for use on eljay. 8D That last icon was 50+ frames and was able to be compressed just under eljay's icon limit while keeping the text nice and smooth.
