This disturbs me as all other events in Palestine typically do. We worked hard over the summer to help Issa secure this house. I slept there many nights and the olive tree there has become my place of peace to meditate on. I'm most disturbed because they stole upcoming summer camp plans. WTF!

Grateful
Today a teacher at my school came in to visit. He has been out all year. I really missed him this year. He is a funny, jovial, yet serious and caring man with whom I spent many lunch hours with, along with a few other teachers, sharing our war stories of our day in the classroom. The Secret
While at the library the other day picking up a copy of Dave Eggers "What is What" memoir of one of the Lost Boys of the Sudan and the DVD "God Grew Tired of Us" which I highly recommend!
