Warm milk and a banana? Ooh, and stroke your nose in a downward fashion. Uh. Just try it. My daddy used to do that to get me to fall asleep when I was little. It's the equivalent of sticking a chicken's head under it's wing. Insta-sleepy!
Is it a regular thing or just a one-night problem? I've found that getting good exercise daily straightens you out. You're not as tired when you're awake, and you're not as awake when you're supposed to be sleeping. Like serious biking or jogging or something. Good for the soul.

I really wish there was an equivalent thing you could do to humans to put them to sleep. I would just like to be able to turn myself off at night.
