He was there over the weekend. But went back to DC - *so* much safer! - yesterday evening. Yeah, just waiting to hear more news on the victims.

Editted to add: I've managed to get the VT webpage to load, and my brother's supervisor's office was in the building behind Norris rather than Norris itself, so that's promising news. Brother will be on the plane home in a few hours, so he's out of touch now until morning.
