When did we become evil? When did we become the opposite of everything that is set forth in our Declaration of Independence?

I'm glad we've never talked in-depth about my beliefs about what is and isn't sanctioned military action, because we'd have an argument and that'd be lame.

Not to say that I blindly support the "war on terror", so much as that I think that those who would label us as militaristic bullies are really off the mark when one compares what we are doing to what we could do.

If anything, I oppose wholly the waste of resources that is America not being more imperialistic in our shows of force abroad.

I don't have a problem with war in general. But I do have a problem with unjustified war. And with Guantanomo. Keeping prisoners at Gitmo goes against everything that America is supposed to stand for ( ... )
