I hate being FAT. I hate walking somewhere or watching tv or reading comments online about how such and such looks FAT, while clearly I am larger than the described person. If they are fat, than I am worse than fat

...and there's no win, really. I mean get skinny and suddenly everyone's whispering "shes anorexic" then they see how much you eat and it's "she's bulemic." I mean i've walked off and heard one guy say to the other "you can see all her BONES."
Guys like curves...mostly.
But really, its a no win. Just look at the tabloids--I just saw one bashing this celebrity for getting "fat" and that one for losing her "sexy curves."
Screw society, living up to what others say is "perfect' cuz there's no such thing...
You're your most amazing best when you embrace yourself for WHO YOU ARE--cuz you never can become what's 'normal' or 'expected'--and fighting the losing battle only takes over your life.
The "right body" is impossible to get from any and every area of 'healthy but not perfect'--because perfect, happy, and getting the most out of life is more than the elusive, always changing, unachievable, body weight standard[
Did I mention I love you? Because I very much do. "The part of a person that's remarkable is like the umeboshi (pickled plum) on the back of a rice ball. All around the world, there are different colors, shapes, and flavors, but because it's stuck to the back, they might not be able to see their precious umeboshi. 'I'm not special,' each one would think, 'just plain ole rice.' Even though that's not true, and there is an umeboshi on the back. The reason people get jealous of one another is because they can see the umeboshi on other people's backs. Even now, someone might be feeling envious of something you don't recognize in yourself."
I can see the plum on your back. Hopefully, soon, you will be able to see it too.
Why are you worrying? You already said that Andy accepts you for who you are and that is seriously all that really matters. Who the hell cares what other people say or think?
When people say they are fat...I think it is a way for them to say that they are unhappy with their appearance at the time. Not necessarily that they are overweight. It's typical to say, but I am going to say it anyway, most guys do like a bit of meat on the bones. But it is a different world in hollywood and tv and magazines. They have to be beautiful. We take that fantasy world and try to make it our ideal world. It isn't fair...
My thoughts are scattered and I may not have made any difference at all. My only advice is to just have an attitude. Fuck society...enjoy life...do what you want and don't worry about "fat". We don't have to be perfect. Be a beautiful person! Anyone who doesn't agree...fuck them. They don't deserve being blessed with your company if they don't think you are beautiful.
