So I wrote a story. It's the first thing I've written in a long time that I think is good, so I'm pretty proud of myself.

I really like this-- you've picked up a literary quirk that I'm quite fond of, personally, the namelessness. The pronouns alone give it a sense of the abstract and the universal; it feels like a tale that's been told many times, so many that we don't even need identifiers. It's nice.
