I can't really help you much here. Even though I've been there, done that and have the closet full of t-shirts. It is still something you have to work through on your own. Its part of life. What I can do is listen non-judgmentally. I also have big shoulders that have been wet before and I give great hugs. If you need someone to talk to, you have my number.
