It is now 6:30 A.M., I have been awake since 8 A.M. yesterday, and that was after going to be at 3. I have read over 200 pages of French today/tonight plus 200 pages on the economic relationship between Sicily and the Northern Communes. So... in the 6 month period between my last dentist appointment and the appointment I had two weeks ago I developed not 1, not 2 but 3 cavities! This sucks, especially since up until now I had a perfect mouth and had never experienced any dental work other than the occasional cleaning and inspection. Despite having slept only a very small amount (3:30- 6:30) and having read nearly 500 pages in a single day this mornings meeting with the other members of my group for my Early Modern Europe seminar went fantastically well. I have just now finished reading Tamora Pierce's "Protector of the Small" series. It took two days and a bunch of money I shouldn't have spent but it was worth it.
