Everyone's so emotional today. I think we all need to calm down. I have hugs for everyone. And cookies. Fresh baked cookies I made myself. They're chocolate chip and really soft! And good!

Kendo training has certainly been fruitful. Unfortunately, it seemed to have run into my school time. My father has set up a private tutor to catch me up on what I've missed. This isn't the best year for this to have happened.

Anyway, the point is, I may have missed the beginning of term, but I'm here now.

...I don't care how much I must go somewhere, I am not leaving my room for anything.

I received an owl today from my parents on plans for this summer, and it seems we're returning to Japan for the majority of it for a...family conference, of sorts.
