when my period was late for a few days once I cursed like hell and cried it would not be fair for me to get pregnant because: a) I do not want a child (yet) b) there are so many ppl out-there trying to get pregnant and do not succeed. Why should an "ungrateful" person like me get a child by accident
Actually, I do think the fact that a person is able to find she is pregnant really early makes a difference. My friend told me that is rather common to have a miscarriage when your baby is still a few weeks old, rather often ppl don't even notice it.
And life has never been fair and never will be. So, there's nothing to worry about. It will be the same as it has always been.
Though I have been thinking the same - usless ppl (so to say) have babies and others who really would make great parents don't. That sucks.
Yeah, life just is genuinely unfair. But I want to believe that somewhere, someday, somehow there will be balance.
But I think Kaisa is right that there have always been lots of miscarriages, people just haven't known... as far as I know, a miscariage in an early stage of pregnancy is basically like periods, maybe a little more painful and heavier... though if one has no idea about being pregnant, one doesn't even pay attention to such things.
> And life has never been fair and never will be. Oh c'mon Kaisa, I know it's not and that it never was, but give me at least a hope for the future... ;)
I do feel sorry for all the kids who have parents who hold them in one arm and have a cigarette in the other hand....people who just put their kids in front of the TV...people who do not care...the kids are so innocent, they did nothing to be born into such circumstances. Yeah, it's not fair.
