[Maya is busy perusing the selection after work; it's been awhile since she's followed comics, as her career in journalism didn't leave much time for them, but she's always enjoyed them. In the usual trend of not being very attentive concerning where she's going, she takes a few steps backwards to get a better look at an issue she spotted out of her peripheral vision, and ends up backing right into Shinji.]

[And Shinji wouldn't have noticed either until she bumped into him, and he turned to face her. Given his not-so-healthy teenage attitude, he took a moment to look at the girl before her words registered in his mind. He shook his head and laughed though.]
