What? No turkey or ham?

I think it would be good training for Tobi. He's gotten the basics of how to properly work some of the machinery don't let him touch the milkshake machine, please, however the mechanics of actually... cooking... seem to still elude him.

Chicken. Only darker. And has a richer taste and slightly rougher texture.

Hmmph.
Financially speaking, do you think the customers would share the same enthusiasm for Thanksgiving as you apparently do? I'm not quite sure that they would be hip on Thanksgiving, and a vegan Thanksgiving, nonetheless.

It's a novelty. Every cafe around here sells coffee and cake - it surely takes some kind of creative genius to make a special out of a foreign holiday. And I've found American food is very popular right now.
