Ugh. I'm not a good person, and I'm not a good friend. That's a fact. But I think it's finally time to do something about it.

Loneliness lends to weariness which leads to desperation and then the breakdown of standards, character, and dignity.

I can't wait for school to start and for my credit card to get paid off.  I can't wait for a kindred to come along (lol). 

This is something that really bothers me.  I like school, and can enjoy myself learning the material for my chosen career.  So for now, I can live with choosing this, but when I think about going in for an interview at the hospital and the people asking me, "Why should we choose you?"  I should be able to say, "Because I care about this and I will ( Read more... )

I need to return books and cds to the library.
Sometimes having faith takes work.  Faith in people, Faith in yourself.  Faith that there is something else out there, whatever it is, that makes staying alive worth it.

I got a new bike today.  It's sweet.  I also got a crush on the boy from the bike shop, with all his "ulnar-nerve" this and that.  It was pretty hot.  He's pretty cute.  I think I need to go back there... for something... like a. uhh... chain!  to lock up my bike.  That's it.

I had a dream that my parents weren't my real parents and that my real parents had been dead my whole life and were buried in my neighbor's front yard.  Their grave was marked by a little circle of pine trees.    But the trees were planted so close together that when they grew, it turned into a little cave in the middle.  Inside it was covered in ( Read more... )
