sillypants! she's lovely and even funnier in real life- an overly solicitous waiter thought I had burned myself on the apple tart when I was really just quickly removing it from my mouth so I could laugh like a loon. excellent company and helped the rest of the day keep from sucking enormously

enjoy xmas in wales. i am truly envious! wales at any time of year is delightful.
stop by msggoat sometime and regard some of my recent relationship happenings (reported with a panoramic photograph maybe 10 days or so ago). i'm eager to hear opinions from my "inner sanctum" of LJ friends. (crossing hooves/fingers)

I have read your journal- I thought I'd commented but it must have been one of my blank moments where I started to and then got distracted and disappeared. what I WOULD have said (if I wasn't an ADD nightmare) was hurray but be so so SO careful. reuben is...well, probably not entirely in a position where he knows precisely what he wants, and your friendship is FAR more important in the end than anything else- so just don't forget that. and as for the other man (whose name I can't remember, big arse that I am)- good luck!
of course these are things you already know, but still, sometimes it helps nail them into place to hear them from someone else as well. my fingers are crossed for you- after the mess of the past few months you certainly deserve a good healthy relationship! :-)

Wise words. I know you and Chris would love Mr. Piz. I'm generally in an optimistic frame of mind about the whole thing...

I'm really sorry to hear about your uncle though -- was he the one you were telling me about? I'm glad it was not a drawn-out process though *hugs very much*

and yeah, he was the one I was telling you about...I'm better now mostly, it's just a shock you know? and going to church feels VERY strange. and better it wasn't drawn out, you're right, but still, so young...things will be very different without him.
hugs gratefully accepted :-)

Time seems to have run away from me and I've suddenly realised I'm leaving in five days; if you'd still like to something I can haul myself up come see you closer to your home, but don't worry if you think it's too much to organise in such a short space of time :D

anyway, enjoy your last few days here, and hopefully it won't be too long before we meet again! :-)
